Elk

This album is dedicated to one of the largest deer species, the elk. Both majestic and beautiful. The bulls bugling in the rut, the spotted calves in the spring, and the ever watchful cows.

Watching bull elk in the rut can be intense at times. This was one of those moments, as the challengers came out of the timber. It felt like a heavyweight boxing match was about to break out.
